First Time Homebuyers

For many people, the process of buying a home may seem complex and intimidating.  Knowing where to start, what to do and what to look out for may save buyers time and money when purchasing a home.  In New Jersey, the definition of  a first time home buyer is someone who has NEVER owned a home OR has not owned a home in the last three years.
