Linda and I wanted to take this opportunity to express our appreciation and gratitude with Kathryn Horch's incredible handling of our new home purchase in Voorhees. We live in New York with jobs that require us to work weekends on short notice, which made it very difficult to schedule house viewings in New Jersey. Katie rearranged her schedule many times and coordinated viewing appointments on a very short notice. Katie's friendly and professional manner made her a pleasure to work with. She was extremely flexible with her time and was always available to answer any questions we had.
Katie understood what was important to us in our future home and quickly guided us towards several outstanding choices. Once we found the perfect home and started the unpredictable and sometimes frustrating mortgage process, it was Katie's continuous support and tenacity to see this project through that kept it on track and resulted in the purchase of our beautiful new home in a wonderful community.
This is not the first time she was instrumental in changing the lives of our family. Katie placed our daughter Jessica and her husband Mike in their home in Marlton. Jessica and Mike are now expecting their first child in May and we can't wait to move down to Voorhees to be near them. It was such a pleasure working with Katie. My husband and I had owned a row home in Philly, so buying a much larger, single family home in NJ was quite intimidating for us, but Katie made the process easy and fun! She was always available when we needed her, was so willing to work around our crazy schedules and we never once felt rushed…and believe me…we looked at A LOT of houses!!! I would tell my husband, “OK, we are on house number 50 – do you think she is ready to give up on us?” But she never gave up. I am sure she must have been a little frustrated because I know I would be, but she never once let that on or pressured us in any way. She was patient and understood that even though we looked at many great houses, we knew what we wanted and we would not settle until we found it. And Katie learned from us and read us better and better as we went along. She was so accurate by the time we finally made an offer, that we ended up finding 3 houses we loved and we made 3 offers. This was the best case scenario for us because then we got to pick the house we loved the most and we did not have to settle on ANY of our wants and needs
